168 and Barb's Brain

I'm reading a book about the fact that you have 168 hours each week, and you would be surprised to realize that you have MORE TIME than you think to do a few things for YOU every now and again. So - the first chapter encourages you to track your time use for a week. I created this document for that purpose. It is very generic...meant for you to write all over. You even have to fill in the dates and such.

And then my sister, BARB PACHULSKI, had ALL OF THIS FOOD in her brain, and she made an excellent list. I can't even describe it. Download, and enjoy.
